- All ticket purchases made through Machu-Picchu-Tickets are final and non-refundable.

Tour Bookings
- Tour bookings made through Machu-Picchu-Tickets are subject to the following refund policy:
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date: 20% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation made between 30 days and 7 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund is applicable only if tickets have not been purchased for the tour. If tickets have already been purchased, the cost of the tickets will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, closures by government authorities), Machu-Picchu-Tickets reserves the right to cancel tours or alter ticket availability.
